Solution

All of the RAM kits you mentioned are low-speed (2133MHz and 2400MHz) which is ideal for non-OCable mobos (such as the B150, H110, H170 chipsets) as that is the max. speed those motherboards can support. To make the most out of your build, since your motherboard (with a Z170 chipset) is OCable, why not get a faster/high-speed RAM modules (3000MHz, 3200MHz and up) which the Asus Maximus VIII Hero Alpha supports, for almost the same price you...

If you are set to spend $129.99 (the Crucial Ballistix 16GB Kit 2400MHz) to $143.99 (the HyperX Fury 16GB Kit 2133MHz), you can get any of these faster-speed kits instead for better price/performance:

G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($144.99 @ Newegg)

Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($139.99 @ Amazon)

G.Skill - Trident Z 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($141.22 @ Amazon)

Moreover, the above suggested high-speed (3000MHz and 3200MHz) RAM kits are in your motherboard's QVL memory support list (tested to work by Asus):

Note: The RAMs you mentioned *may* still work (though I can't find those models in the QVL list, which means Asus may not have had the chance to test those out).

Don't ask us, we only have opinions.
You want documented ram compatibility. If you should ever have a problem, you want supported ram.
Otherwise, you risk a finger pointing battle between the ram and motherboard support sites, claiming "not my problem".
One place to check is your motherboards web site.
Look for the ram QVL list. It lists all of the ram kits that have been tested with that particular motherboard.
Sometimes the QVL list is not updated after the motherboard is released.
For more current info, go to a ram vendor's web site and access their ram selection configurator.
Enter your motherboard, and you will get a list of compatible ram kits.
