Question Which Ram is Faster?

I am looking at two sets of G Skill Memory. One is 3200 and the other is 3600. The 3200 is rated -Timing 14-14-14-34, and the 3600 is rated- Timing 16-19-19-39. It will be going into an AMD Ryzen 3 system, but there is a chance down the road I could go back to Intel (unless it goes to DDR5 by then). Which of these two sets is the faster set? The 3600 is cheaper by 30 percent, so Im leaning that way, but if the 3200 still beats it, I may stick with those.

you cannot compare different speed RAM. the CAS timings are measured in clock frequency, so as the clock goes up so MUST the timings.
get RAM with the lowest timings at each speed.
