i think any DDR3 ram you get that has higher than 1333mhz will be compatible with xmp, it depends on your motherboard though, as it is what decides if you are able to use xmp or not, it is not dependent on the ram.

this is a fairly low cost set: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233147 you will get 1600mhz with xmp, although you are unlikely to notice any difference.
