Which ram modules are better?

Hello

I am looking to upgrade my ram and I came across the following 2:

As the price is the same I was wondering if one was better than the other in anyways.

It looks like one set has a low profile heat spreader and that's basically it; same series, same speed, same voltage, same CAS latency.
