Good evening, I am about to buy a 12 GigaByte Ram for my pc.

My motherboard supports DDR3, triple channel Ram. I don't know these things really well and I would appreciate if you are able to suggest me the best solution for my needs.

I use my PC mainly for gaming and I see that the 3 GigaByte Ram I already have is not enough.

I'm about to buy the Ram from this site because it gives me the best prices in my country, Greece.

I can't afford more than 120 Euro.

So please suggest me from the link I gave you. Thanks.

Solution

No, u will not damage it. Unless it would be uncompatible.

Mobos are build to deal with it. They downclock to the lowest speed of any inserted RAM stick.

At worst, it will not boot. Than u could just remove the added stick and be fine.

we installed the rams in his pc and it reads all 6 gig of ram.so it must be something in my bios, windows settings

You could try reset the CMOS memory the right way as is described in the motherboard manual using the clear CMOS link with the power cord unplugged.
And when the battery is out, press the power button to discharge all the electricity from the system.
