Which ram should i get?

I am confused between these rams. I wanna get best from performance while getting a bang for the buck.

I am still choosing the parts for my new pc and i will check if it's compatible later but by the mean time could you tell me which one gives best performance while getting a bang for the buck.

Nowadays 4GB is the best option...
Well If you are going with intel setup, then get the OCZ reaper...
With that $20.00 Mail-In-Rebate, is the best option...
But take care that the heatsinks dont interfere with the CPU cooler placement...

For any ram you are considering, do your own homework.
Go to the ram vendor's web site, and access their configurator.
Corsair, Kingston, Patriot, OCZ and others have them.
Their compatibility list is more current than the motherboard vendor's QVL lists which rarely get updated.
Enter your mobo or PC, and get a list of compatible ram sticks.

Cpu's are not very sensitive to ram speeds.
If you look at real application and game benchmarks(vs. synthetic tests),
you will see negligible difference in performance between the slowest and fastest ram.
Perhaps 1-2%. Not worth it to me.
Don't pay extra for faster ram or better timings unless you are a maximum overclocker.

4GB DDR2 is so cheap these days, it is not smart to get less.
