Question Which RAM should work?

Hi,

Wanting to get 2x16GB RAM for desktop computer. I looked at the vendors list of tested RAM but as the motherboard is now several years old, options are limited.

I prioritise reliability and compatibility and will be buying form one of the local stores eg.., https://www.scorptec.com.au/

So... what has the best chance of working properly?

Motherboard is ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. PRIME Z270-P (LGA1151)

Crucial's configurator says compatible RAM is found at the above link.

See if you can find any of those at your sources.

Can I safely buy 2 sticks of that and expect it to work, or do I need to look for a "kit" that comes with matched sticks or something (the latter limits options somewhat)?
