Which RAM to select?

I'm looking for RAM, 4GB stick for now and then the same again sometime later (budget issues)
The following are the specs of the PC
Corsair 200R
Radeon HD 7770 1GB
Intel Pentium G3220
ASRock H81 Pro BTC
Antec VP450

I plan to game at 720P or above (1280 X 1024 max.) Please recommend a RAM. Now the processor supports only 1333Mhz RAM, but the motherboard can handle more than that. So I'm confused what should I be looking for?

Get a 1333 Mhz with the lowest cl latency (CAS). If you will be upgrading your processor in the near future, then it won't be a bad idea to get >1333Mhz ram.

So if I buy a 1600Mhz RAM. It would work with the computer without any harm done??

Yes, the ram will down-clock automatically to 1333mhz. Even if you get 1600mhz make sure to pick the one with lowest CAS.
