Which ram to use and the difference between the two?

Currently working on a number of upgrades for my pc and I've come to a crossroad. I already know the other parts that i am using but can't decide between two different ram kits. The first one is 32GB 2133MHz DDR4 CL14 DIMM HyperX FURY Black. The second one is 32GB 2133MHz DDR4 CL13 DIMM XMP HyperX Predator. First of all, what is the CLxx and what does it affect. Second of all, would i see a difference between the two kits. Lastly, which one would you recommend. Keep in mind that the second kit is $100 more, but im willing to pay the extra money if it will give me an improvement.

For $100 more, the 1 CL difference isn't worth it.
And there's no reason worth using kingston over other ram.

CL stands for Cas Latency, it's a delay in the memory transfer process. The higher a ram speed, the higher the CL is, but the higher ram speed normally compensates for that.

What CPU and mobo? 2133 is entry for DDR4 can often find 2400 sets at same price and get even better performance
