Which RAM would you recommended of these and would it be wise to upgrade?

Hey all.

I'm going to upgrade to better RAM.

Specs:

Intel Core i7 7700k
Gigabyte z270 gaming-k3
EVGA G2 750W
Samsung EVO SSD
Kingston UV400 SSD
Gainward Phoenix 1070 GS
16gb HyperX Fury 2133mhz CL14

Which one of these would you recommend:

Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000MHz 16GB CL15 (15-17-17-35)

Corsair 16GB DDR4 3200MHz Vengeance LPX CL16 (16-18-18-36)

I know the difference is small, but is 200mhz more worth it than faster CL or vice versa?

Or would you recommend any other RAM in the same price range? These goes for 224 USD.

And would you even recommend upgrading from my current RAM? I'm experiencing some stuttering/hitching in many games and it might be the RAM that is causing it, even though I'm experiencing the same on my old computer that have an i5 and 1600mhz RAM.

Or maybe I should try overclocking my current RAM first?

I would personally go for the one with the faster CL which is the 3000mhz one because there wouldn't be much of a difference you would get from that 200mhz, and at 3000mhz it is still super fast.

What ram do you have now?
It is unlikely that you would notice any difference at all.
When using a discrete gpu, this report shows negligible difference in performance between 2122 and 3000 ram.

I have 16GB.

I know that faster frequency RAM isn't something one should prioritze or even need, but I felt I had money to spend so I bought the 3000mhz CL15 RAM. We'll see if it was a stupid buy or not.
