My budget is 30000 INR.
I have a great confusion between these two rigs which i have decided -

AMD
AMD FX 6300 rs. 7700
Mobo ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 rs.4750

(Though the mobo doesnt support
1600 mhz stock memory..so also suggest
another one)

GPU R7 250 with boost 1 GB DDR3 rs.6830
RAM Corsair Vengeance 4GBX1 rs.3100
HDD WD Green 1 TB rs.4100
Total (with psu and cabinet = 29000 INR)

Intel
i3 4130 rs.8150
Mobo Gigabyte GA-B85-D3H rs. 6120
GPU, HDD and memory same
Total (with cabinet and psu = 31000 INR)
(rates as per flipkart)

Pls. suggest which rig will be best for gaming and casual music producing.
Thank You! :)

For gaming you mean? The Intel rig will be better for some games otherwise than that you won't notice a difference in performance, and you may actually find some games favoring the AMD chip as well. What games will you be playing?
Other than gaming, the FX-6300 will be faster at heavily multi-threaded tasks like rendering and theoratically while running multiple programs at once, while the i3 will be faster at single threaded tasks, (like usual desktop tasks).
I think the AMD motherboard you chose will handle a pair of 1600 MHz RAM sticks fine, however I never knew that this chipset can support a Vishera chip. Anyway if you want to, you can get this one instead:
http://www.flipkart.com/asus-m5a97-le-motherboard/p/itmdkzrdgyysrfeh?pid=MBDDKZRDGYYSRFEH&otracker=from-search&srno=t_2&query=M5A97+EVO&ref=ba170c47-20d0-40e2-b433-f96caa005a8b for about 5780 Rs
Or you can get this one: http://www.flipkart.com/asus-m5a97-motherboard/p/itmd5ppvjzs6g5eu?pid=MBDD5PPVJZS6G5EU&otracker=from-search&srno=t_1&query=M5A97+EVO&ref=a208cddd-a9c8-4975-b551-226935517fca for 7812 Rs
The later is a better quality version of the former with heat sinked VRM and I strongly recommend you to get it if you choose to go with the AMD rig.

That will be way out ofmy budget.
+ cabinet + psu = add rs 5000
That will e too high. Anz the gigabyte mobo doesnt support stock 1600 mhz stock ram.
And if i buy 3x2 gb ram. Wont that be enough?
So tne asus mobo (rs 5780) is a good deal with 6 gb, i think.

No, you want to run ram in pairs for dual channel. For now, you can get a single 4gb stick, but i would get a second one as soon as you can. Taken from Gigabyte's spec page,
Support for 1333+ (O.C.)/1066 MHz memory modules
Notice the plus symbol. I forget what speed I am running it at, but I have 1600 and 2133 in my boards. I own two of them with FX 8320's. The gigabyte board is also cheaper than the Asus you listed in your first post. Also 1333 vs 1600 will not give any real noticeable difference in performance.

But there were abt 2-3 reviews stating that ot doesnt support stock 1600 mhz ram the plus sign is for o.cing. and u have those rams. Are they runnimv at their stock speeds?
I didnt understand wt u wrote abt ur rams.

I have 1600 ripjaws sitting in one board. It booted up without issue. Same goes with my 2133 in the other board. I bought a new 2133 kit, because it was on sale and cheaper than 1600 kits at the time. I took the 2133 that was in my main gaming rig and put it in the AMD rig. The previous 2133 kit I also bought because it was on sale for the same or less as a 1600. I have not played with the ram speeds or timings to see what it is actually running at.
