Which Rig is Better?

Basically looking for a pure gaming rig for £570. My full budget is £650 but £50 is going towards mouse and keyboard and the other £30 goes towards an OS. These are the three builds I came up with:

Intel build: full of cheap parts but nice GPU

Probably better build but less room to upgrade due to AM3+ Socket motherboard.

Thanks. Only problem is the H81 Motherboard. I know I linked a H81 in my GTX 770 build, but that was because I was trying to squeeze a 770 in there whilst staying in budget. Honestly, I think I'll go for this build: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/zXBM6h
Room for upgrade, no really cheap parts. Just what I wanted really. There isn't a CPU Cooler but I'll buy one when I upgrade the CPU.
