Help please, I can buy either of these today but need your input. I just want smooth FPS on all open world games and so on, I am not eager on high graphics.

Second but both gpu's wont serve you smooth at 1080p ultra get 770-780 r9 290x

You can get one of those builds or smooth FPS on all open world games and so on. Not necessarily both.

Both builds could be improved. But if they have to stay as is, then the second one. It has a more modern cpu and motherboard.

Is there no customisation? Because an i5 and a better GPU would be a lot better. The second one is better though.
