Which Router Should I get

I need a mininum if 50mbps down and 10mbps up

It is your ISP that determines the level of download and upload performance. Can be based on the service plan/level you purchase.

And the ISP probably will not guarantee any level.....

Do you plan to use wireless within your network - if so that will also slow/degrade performance.

Is your incoming connection coax or DSL? Based on the "offered" routers I think DSL...

Are you being provided a modem? (DSL ----(telephone wire or coax)--------> Modem -----(ethernet)----->router.

As I understand it all the D-Link DSL-2750U router would be my recommendation.

You probably need to talk with your ISP a bit more to make sure that you understand what level of service you will received and what devices they provide and what devices you must provide.
