Hello :)
Can someone recommend me a router for my specific usage?

Here is a picture of my situation.
Currently I have 3 laptops and 2 PCs (PCs are used mainly for gaming and I experience frequent 0.5 seconds lag spikes and speed drops) and the routers that I have right now have low WiFi signal (I've got them for free from my ISP). Can you recommend a good router for around 100 dollars? I want good WiFi signal (so I don't have to use 2 routers). And I want to place the router to the room with 2 PCs and Router 2. Is it understandable? I found ASUS RT-AC1200G+ and ASUS RT-N18U, are they good and will they fulfill my needs? If not, can you recommend a router that will be good for my use?
Thanks in advance :)

RT-AC1200G Plus is better has it has AC wireless.

Though I hope you turn off the wifi off the side room router and set it up as a switch (Turn off DHCP).

Once the RT-AC1200G Plus is setup you should have a better experience.
Another concern is how noisy your area is in terms of Wifi Networks.
2.4ghz vs 5ghz
AC routers handle noisy environments well.

Also what are the walls made of? If its concrete/brick, no matter how good the router is its going to have a problem with that material.

If its drywall/Wood you could benefit from the new router.

It's drywall. I do not have AC WiFi standard support on my laptops or phones (as far as I know). In the area of 50 meters, there are a lot of people using WiFi routers (2.4 and 5 GHz) if that would interfere. I'm at 5GHz right now

AC is 5Ghz

You probably will benefit from the router... though I suggest moving the router to the middle of the home if possible.
If you can run 50FT Ethernet cable from the modem to the new router position it should work out just fine. (I say 50FT so you can run it along the walls and tops of doorways.

If you can put the router in the middle of everything, Sadly because of added noise in your environment that might

Well, the room with "router 2" is in the middle and I already have a cable here, can you tell me if one of the routers that I picked is good for my use?

Sure, I will turn the WiFi off completely on the other router :) Thank you :)
