Question Which RTX 2060 Super to go?

I live in India so the room temperature is high like 35c most of the months. I have Asus ROG RX 570 which touches 89c. Cost is also concern. I will probably under clock to reference speed to maintain low temp. please select cost to temperature card. Below are prices in my country.

MSI not preferred due to bad customer support. Inno3d and Galax is also available.

If you ask my opinion, then I would recommend the ASUS ROG-STRIX Model, assuming you are willing to spend $601 for this GPU.

Edit: BTW, how is the airflow inside your ATX cabinet ? 89C is a very high GPU TEMP value. Have you tried making a custom FAN profile via the MSI AB tool ?
