[SOLVED] Which RTX 2080 ti is better for the value?

There are too many versions to choose from...
From $1050 to $1500+ but can you really get more FPS on the more expensive ones? is it just like 1%-5% improved performance or there's more to it?

The performance will be practically the same.

At the basis of it (generally) it's the same GPU chip underneath it, the manufacturers then typically just add on a factory overclock and their own cooling system. The factory overclocked ones will typically perform a bit better out of the box, but not in a noticeable way, and not in a way that the non-overclocked one couldn't also achieve.

Just get one with effective cooling from a reputable brand and you'll be fine. For example what I would probably opt for based on current PCPP prices:
