Which Sapphire Radeon HD is better?

I am looking to build my first computer, I have narrowed down what graphics cards I might want,

If anyone could tell me which of these are better or maybe recommend a different graphics card that would be much appreciated.

Definitely the second one. I don't recommend getting a card with stock cooling.

Okay, that's the one I was leaning towards, the only reason I was considering the other one is that my computer is going to be all black and red and that card just matched it perfectly. Do you know of any other cards that could be better or would the second one be fine?
