Which sata cable should i buy

hello guy,
I have a question on which sata cable to get i am in the need of adding an ssd (samsung 850 evo) but there are alot of brands, as well as SATA II and III does it impact performance?

Hello!

I think that you should get a SATA III cable, because I remember when I built my PC, I had a tonne of SATA III cables and ports and using a SATA III cable with a compatible HDD or SSD means that you can get the best performance out of your HDD's and SSD's.

For a sataIII ssd use sata 3 connector.There should be sata cable included with the ssd.Make sure you use sata3 ports also(Refer your mobo manual).

There are no real SATA3 data cables but there are different qualities. Best ones have metal locks, 90 degree connectors on one or both sides if needed for better cable management. Any good quality SATA cable can do as good as any other one.
