Which sata controller to use on this DS3?

I have a 160GB and an 80GB HD. Not going to do any raid. Should I use the ICH8 or the onboard Gigsbyte SATAII chip? Or should I use one of each. The 80GB HD will just be for backup files and Page File.

I would use the ICH 8 SATA ports because then you won't have to install drivers while installing XP.
