[SOLVED] Which Screw do I use for Motherboard?

Hi, I know their are lots of forums about what screw to use but I just can't figure out which screw to use because the forums didn't help me in my case and the manual is unclear and not accurate with what screws came with my case. I have 6-32 screws, M3* 5 screw, and 5X10KT screws. The thumb screw to install the standoffs says 6 -32 so would I use the 6 -32 screws with it and if so I only have 8 of them and not 9. Another thing about the 6 -32 screws is that on the bottom some are flat like a washer but some are also rigid on the bottom. The case that the screws came with is a NZXT Source 220 by the way. Your help is very much appreciated.
