which server to buy, how to network them

Hi,
So we have one in-house developed scientific software, which we are planning to deploy on local server. This software will run client data and results will be sent back to the client.

It seems easy but i need real technical detail about how i am going to build the whole system. Which server i should buy and all other hardware requirements.

I can't believe that you are seriously asking such a question, which would involve an outlay of tens of thousands of dollars, with so little information. Hire a consultant who could analyze your requirements and recommend a suitable system. It will save you a considerable sum of money.
