Which setup is best?

Hey guys,
I decided buying a new PC and have looked around and considering my budget and availability of products where i live, here are my options:
1.
AMD FX-8320E
Radeon R9 380X 4GB

2.
Intel Core i5 4460
RX470 4GB

3.
AMD FX-8320E
GTX1060 6GB

4.
AMD FX-8300
R9 380 4GB
with 125gb of SSD

I am kind of new to hardware and my knowledge is limited to the research I did last week. I would appreciate any kind of advice or recommendations of which of these are better and what their pros and cons are.

If mainly for gaming, I would choose option #3 for the superior graphics card. The i5 will outperform the FX in single threaded tasks, but none of the other graphics card can come close to the GTX 1060.

3. Gives you slightly more GPU power. 2 gives you slightly more CPU power. For gaming, I'd go with the 1060

#2 and #3 are both contenders. In DX12 games, the RX470 is a 1060 competitor. In DX11 games, the 1060 is a good bit faster. The i5 is a better gaming CPU than the FX. I usually don't recommend FX chips but I think I'm in agreement here that #3 is the best all-around system though.
