Which setup is best?

im planning to buy pre built pc and from facebook group i noticed 2 pc, not sure which one get, price difference is only 15 euros. both have same speed 8gb ram and both have ssd+hdd. which is better? which one of them would get me most fps in csgo and rust?
i5 4460 with 1050 ti 4gb or i5 4670k with r9 280x 3gb?

I personally prefer Nvidia GPUs over Radeon, so I would go with the 1050 TI. Plus it has 4gb of video ram instead of 3gb. As far as your quesiton about SSD and HDD, you didn't list once hard drives the 2 computers have. But SSD is has faster read and write time then HDD type drives, but usually a smaller capacity. So it's ideal to load your OS and high performance software on an SSD for faster access, and use an HDD for data storage.

any more opinons? i like the first build so i could use shadowplay but at the same time the second one has powerful cpu but gpu is old and a bit more powerful than 1050 ti as i looked. i also think if i would go with second build i could easily upgrade my gpu someday and not worry about bottlenecking..... help ?
