Hey
I currently have a 250GB Samsung 750 Evo with OS and a few games on + 2TB Seagate Barracuda

Tomorrow i'll be getting a MX500 1TB and i'm wondering if i should migrate Windows to the new drive or use the 750 Evo as OS disk?
I'll be using the new SSD for alot of my favorite games because HDD's is so slow.
I'm thinking that reinstalling would be much easier if using the 750 Evo as OS, but then also the MX500 is faster on paper atleast. I'm not sure.

Any suggestions?

Solution
There's 14GB left on the 750. When i get the MX500 i will move games from the 750 to MX500 leaving me with 156GB free on the 750

How much space is left on the current 750 EVO?
If you're not filling that up, leave it as the OS drive. Just add the new one as a game drive.

You'd see zero performance difference between the MX500 and the 750 EVO.
