Question Which should I choose, Gt730 or R7 240?

I want to play some Wii u games in Cemu. It has OpenGL 4.5 or Vulkan 1.1 system requirements. I'm going to get a minimum spec graphics card. Both cards has OpenGL 4.6 and Vulkan 1.1

the R7 240 is the slightly stronger gpu, so I suggest getting that.
