Solution
you could use the 450w but it would be cutting it close i would just go with the 550w then you have headroom if you want to overclock the processor later on

i dont know if this helps

Price breakdown by merchant: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3aJMV/by_merchant/
Benchmarks: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3aJMV/benchmarks/

CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($109.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($79.78 @ OutletPC)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($57.99 @ NCIX US)
Video Card: Asus Radeon R9 270X 2GB Video Card...

My budget is around 700 USD but i live in Denmark so all the parts cost so much! And i know the CPU's are not using the same motherboard. Just a OK motherboard costs like 90-100 usd in Denmark and the FX 6300 cost like 150USD
The GTX 660 costs 190 USD and the 7850 cost 165-175 usd

Yes i need an HDD, PSU and Case but i don't need to buy a Windows 7 disk because i have one.

i will buy a XFX ProSeries Core Edition 550W Bronze PSU but can i use a 450w instead?
