Which should I get?

So I really want/need a new phone and I'm thinking about the oneplus 5t where I live the 8gb ram version costs 559€ and the 6gb 499€ and the problem is I want a new graphics card (GTX 1060 6gb) but I can't decide if I want to buy it for the high prices.... (I don't have that much time to play at the moment because of school)
Here are the options I've made for myself are 1) Get the phone next month and the graphics card at the start of the summer break (and hope that prices drop down) 2) Get the graphics card now and get the phone at the start of the summer break
Please help me choose!

If you need a new phone then grab that first. That's a relatively new, and already really well priced phone so buy it. If you go for the phone, go for the 6GB one since it's close to the same and cheaper. Graphics card prices MIGHT go down. They are at a all time high right now.

Option 1 for sure
