Which should I get?

Ok well I recently made a thread asking for builds under 300$ and got some pretty good answers now Im asking which one should I get? OK well the first one is this

Im leaning towards the combo because I will save 50$ but Im just worried if the case are PSU are any good. I know not to cheap out on that sort of stuff but I need to save as much money as possible. So which one do you guys think I should get? I want it to last my little brother for a couple years. Also I already have a HDD and DVD drive.

I think the first one is way better, even for $50 more - because of the PSU and the processor.
