Which.. Should I upgrade first??

Celeron D 347 3.06 GHz
Intel G41
2GB RAM

I can Upgrade one at a time.. Which One?

Save up your money, you will want to replace the motherboard, processor and RAM all at the same time.

I would also look be on the look out for combo deals sometimes you can get a really big savings with them ($100+ savings).
