Which should I upgrade first?

I would like to ask which of my desktop parts should I upgrade to play new & high-end games such as GTA V, Halo Wars 2, Resident Evil 7, etc. at max resolution and high FPS.
Here's my specs:

CPU: i3-6100 Skylake
GPU: Zotac Nvidia GTX 750Ti 2gb GDDR5 128-bit
MOBO: ASUS H110M-D
Memory: 8gb G Skill Ripjaws V DDr4 2400 (Single Channel)
HDD: TOSHIBA DT01ACA100 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5"
PSU: Deepcool DE-500
Monitor: ASUS VC239H Ultra-low Blue Light Monitor - 23" FHD (1920x1080), IPS, Flicker free

I would upgrade to a GTX 1060. Your i3-6100 could allow it to perform fairly well. Then plan to upgrade your CPU later if you feel you need it.

If you strictly want max resolution (4k) and max fps, you're gonna have to upgrade much more than one part I'm sorry to say.

His monitor is 1080p. *But maybe he meant 4K.

Fair point. Was just referencing his own wording, sorry. If it's 1080p I'd say the gfx card.
