Which should I upgrade first?

So I bought a 1060 and i have this 1030 and a 400W power supply that I don't use anymore. My original plan is to sell the gpu and psu and buy a new processor , preferably the 3rd gen Ryzen 3. I have an A320 motherboard so that may be a problem. Also my monitor is only 768p which is probably causing my bottleneck. And my case isnt that good. If I could sell the parts for 100$ (rough conversion) that will be my budget. I thought of 4 options:

1.) Buy B350/B450 motherboard, then OC R3 1200 while waiting for Ryzen 3rd gen. Also buy better fan for processor.
2.) Buy new monitor and case
3.) Buy new processor and sell the old one for ram. (i have 8gb oc'ed to 2933)
4.)Buy motherboard and monitor. (kinda expensive for me though)

you can also recommend me what i should do. thankssssss!

I would save money and wait for new Ryzen. I doubt you'd get anything worthwhile for 100 bucks.
