Which silent video card?

Hello everyone, thanks for your advice, I have narrowed my search for a new video card with two types:
- GTX 560Ti
- HD 6870
What I would like to know is which model and brand are the quietest?

would you like to run an overclock on the card as well or dya want a silent card 'out-of-the-box'?

you can look at the

1| Gainward phantom GTX560Ti
2| dubbed "Double Dissipation" cooler form xfx - these are nothing but the regular dual fan cards with a marketing gimmick - though the gimmick actually works.
3| Asus' DirectCU II are awesome OC'ing and temps wise so thats another option

i think ther's more but I'd go with the Phantom if you like the WC radiator look or the the Asus.
