Which slot should install 1 stick of 4gb ram into?

My motherboard has black and blue ram slots and currently I plugged it into the 2nd blue one so it's the third one down from the left. It goes blue blCk blue black. Which one should it be plugged into?

You're only using a single stick of RAM, right? Check the instruction manual of your motherboard and find the RAM 0 slot. It's recommended to install it there. But you can place it in any of them anyways since you're only using a single stick.
