I own a ASUS Z170-A LGA 1151 Intel Z170 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.1 USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard. What are the best slots to put my DDR4 Trident z 3200 Mhz RAM in?
There is a manual for a reason. For most mother board it will be the closest to cpu socket and the one after that, with a gap in the centre(Same colour ram socket)

Thank you and have a nice day
Slots 1 and 3. That is the slot closest to your CPU and then you skip one slot before you install the other module.

You took the words out of my head. I was going to offer that advice and then saw all Asus has for that board's page is a quickstart manual. LAZY!
