Question Which SMALL/PORTABLE case do you recommend for a home server?

Why portable?

A "server" generally never moves.

And what will this be used for?

A small case is what I'm searching for. It will be used for hosting for example, I want to put NVMe hard drives and the best motherboard and CPU on the market.

So not necessarily "portable".

Multiple NVMe = a larger motherboard. Simple real estate on the board.

Hosting what?
Most "hosting things" don't require the speed of multiple NVMe drives.

That absolutely does not need multiple NVMe drives.

SATA III SSD, or even HDD works.
Your internet bandwidth is vastly slower.

And why small? Any regular size mATX case, stashed in a corner.
NVMe hard drives because I want to add the best and latest on the market.

NVME is a device protocol and commonly applies to the m.2 format of a ssd.
Small motherboards may have only one or two m.2 slots.
Full ATX motherboards are getting more, like 4 or possibly 6.
Then, also there are adapter cards that will attach 4 m.2 devices.

If you will constantly be working on updating the unit, I might suggest the cm haf evo xb which is easy to work on:

If you want "the best products on the market" forget home gaming components and buy a professional server board instead.

The SuperMicro board below has slots for four M.2 drives and unlike the 13900KS, the Xeon has more than two memory channels.

Of course this might be slight overkill for your particular use case, but you did ask for the best components on the market.
