Which software for video conferencing?

Hi,

So far I know about msn messenger, ineen, yahoo messenger. With MSN and Yahoo,
not that bad image quality, but very low frame rate. With ineen, good frame
rate, but bad video quality.

So, what software should I use to do video conferencing between two PCs ?
And between a PC and a MAC ? And between a PC, a MAC, and a linux ?

Because low bandwith (ADSL required for minimal quality).
