Question Which Soundbar or surround sound system for Samsung q70r and Xbox series X?

Hello all, I am completely audio dumb and was looking into getting a good system for my tv and Xbox series X. We have an old Vizio soundbar with a subwoofer and surround speakers now, but wondering if we can do better for 4K movies and gaming? The Vizio soundbar is the S4251w-B4. Is this still a decent system for what I got?

One other question, my TV has an ARC hdmi port, but not an eARC. Would Dolby Atmos even work on it? Or would I have to connect audio some other way?

You should be fine. My Atmos system is running through my ARC (audio return channel) HDMI port.
