Hello,
Please help me to decide,
I know that SATA 2 can transfer 300MBs,
and I want SSD drive that can read and write around this speed,
but seems that every SSD that work around 300MBs need SATA 3 interface,
am I right ?

A SATA-3 SSD will work fine on a motherboard with SATA-2 ports. It won't be able to run at the full 6Gbit/sec speed of SATA-3, but few SSDs are all that much faster than SATA-2 anyway, and most of the performance of an SSD comes from their very fast access times - and that's not affected by the slower connection.
