Hello,
i have this motherboard:
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM3/M4N68T/

i noticed the sata 3gb/s on my motherboard specs, which is SATA II i heard.
however i'm interested in getting an SSD and i dont really want to fork out for another motherboard, so would i be alright to get a SATA 3 SSD? i guess the transfer rate will be reduced.

This was what i was thinking:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/OCZ-AGT3-25SAT3-60G-Agility-60GB-SATA/dp/B004Z0S6RU/ref=sr_1_2?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1342017622&sr=1-2

if i can't use a SATA 3 SSD, this would be my alternative:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/OCZ-OCZSSD2-2VTXE60G-Vertex-60GB-SATA/dp/B003NE5JCE/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1342017008&sr=8-1

any help will be greatly appreciated thanks :)

Solution
SATA-III is downwardly compatible with SATA-II, so you should be able to use whichever SSD you want, albeit at only SATA-II speeds.
