I have no experience with any of those. I have stuck with Samsung for SSD's, and have had zero problems. Yes, they got a lot of publicity about the so-called slowdown bug, and I own and use the very model that was affected by this, but SSD's are so damned fast now days, that unless you were comparing before and after benchmarks, which almost none of us do, you could not tell there had been a slow down. And to answer the question, a few days after Samsung released the update to fix the problem, I installed it, on my live drive, had absolutely no problems with the update, and things are just humming along like they have since I built this computer last year.
And for the most part, I think you could probably pick any of the drives you have listed above, and use them for years without problems. Just make sure the SSD you buy can physically fit into the space your Fujitsu has for it. And I believe nearly all SSD's made in the past year will fit. But make sure ahead of time.
