which is better between the Intel 660p and samsung 860evo?

the intel is faster and is NVME so its 2-4 times faster than the SATA samsung.
the intel will lay on the board and no cables to run.
the intel is cheaper.
as to whether these thing add up to better is for you to decide.

I have both.
At that price, there is little reason not to get the Intel.

The benchmarks are much higher. But you may not notice this in what you use the PC for.
At worst, no difference, but $15 cheaper.
