I have a PC with micro atx gigabyte a320m s2h motherboard, AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics 360 GHz, 8GB Ram. Which ssd via sata should I buy that is compatible. Via sata will be as fast as via PCI?

That motherboard is 4 or 5 years old and should accept any standard 2.5 inch SATA SSD.

Buy the right size you need.

You aren't likely to notice performance differences between them unless you have unusual requirements.

I'd look at Crucial, Samsung, or Western Digital within your budget.

You'd prefer the one that won't fail soon, but there's no good way to figure that out in advance.

From the website, it looks like I has a PCIe 3.0 NVMe drive

You also need a seventh gen AMD Athlon series if you want m.2 Sata support...

As for what I suggest to get for the NVMe slot? Probably Samsung 970 evo but if you're on a budget, I suggest Kingston A2000.
