Which SSD should I buy?

For gaming I want a fast SSD to run some of my games, and my OS on.
Should I buy a 240GB Kingston SSD or a 250GB Samsung 840 EVO SSD

I will also be using a 2TB regular Hard Drive.

The EVO is definitely one i'd recommend. Got one my self, and i haven't regret buying it. Which Kingston model is that you're thinking about?

The EVO 840 is the highest voted SSD there as well.

EVO unless it is a HyperX and the price of the Kingston is much lower. If same price, then EVO.

EVO, and the Samsung Magician Software is very good and works really well. It will update drivers, set over provision, run speed tests and has different power settings for performance, it will also tell you what sata mode you are running that ahci is set.
