Which 128GB SSD suits best for this SATA2 system:
3,8GHz I5-750
Radeon HD 4870
Asus P7-P55D LE
4GB ram 1333MHz
I am thinking about Crucial M550 or MX100, price is the same, but I think that M550 is better at the smaller sizes because of Micron 64Gb 20nm MLC instead of Micron 16nm 128Gbit MLC?

Do you plan on upgrading to a SATA3 board anytime soon? You got to ask yourself is it even worth getting a SATA2. In saying that, I'm 95% sure you can use a SATA3 SSD with a SATA2 board however it will cap at 3 gb/s... Yet if you decide to upgrade you won't have to buy a new SSD.

Here's a article that covers SSDs more so you can make sure; http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/270102-32-useful-articles-part

It might be a smarter choice just to go for a SATA3 SSD. Here's one I came across; http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820148819
