Does anyone know what the difference between these 2 is? And why is the one cheaper than the other?

Do you have links to them, or the actual model numbers of BOTH units, because looking at that they are probably the same and just being sold by different sellers. Without the exact model numbers, it's impossible to tell anything.

Here it is, as I can see in the description it's the same drive, and what is ironical is that it's from the same seller xD

And for some reason the cheaper drive has 3 years of warranty, compared to the more expensive one, that has 2 years of warranty.

As I said before, they are exactly the same drive. Why the same seller is selling them for different prices is anybody's guess. They are the same. Buy the one that's cheaper.
