[SOLVED] Which ssd would be recommended out of this list?

I originally got the crucial p1 ssd but had to refund due to some transportation or manufacturing issue, one of the capacitors was lying in broken off in the plastic packaging
The price for some reason increased, so now other ssds are worth condsidering due to the insignificant price gap
also do i have to worry about any temperature problems with a m.2as a boot drive ingeneral?

If I were limited to just these three, I would pick the Kingston A2000 since it's a TLC SSD and the others you mentioned are QLC (four bit per cell) which are less durable.
