Literally almost the same.
The first might be a tini tiny bit faster because of the faster cpu, but not anything major.

in productivity though, the 1st might be a bit more ahead.

And what about the motherboards and ram ? There are minor differences ?
The ram is almost identical, not that it matters significantly for intel, since on 1 the timing is lower but the mhz is also lower and in the other both the mhz and cl are high (high mhz is good, high cl is bad.) so they almost equal out, so get the cheaper one.

As for the motherboard, I think they're both low tier stuff. should be okay though, im partial to asus, but i think you cant go wrong with either.
