Which system is better for really high settings gaming:
This one
Or
This one

I do some rendering (At 1080P 60FPS) once in while but I do more gaming than anything else.
I really don't give a crap about render speeds unless they take over 1 hour.

Solution
I would choose http://pcpartpicker.com/p/wT8WLk

The reason is that with the AMD FX 8320 not only are you getting 8 cores but you can also overclock this like crazy.
Not to mention that you would be saving some money with this build to spend on the STEAM SUMMER SALE! The AMD FX 8320 is great for both gaming and rendering. Although the i5-4440 might be better in gaming it will be terrible in rendering.

So in conclusion the AMD FX 8320 is great for Gaming and rendering and although the i5-4440 is GREAT for gaming it will loose ALOT of performance in rendering with 4 cores instead of 8.

Hope i helped you with your choice!

If you are willing to OC then the 8320 will be better for render but will need a decent cooler to budget.

the i5-4440 has far superior single thread performance, would be smoother in games barely and no OC available.

The render time difference would far outweigh the very minor difference in gaming performance.

although I would personally avoid an asrock board, Relatively low grade with their budget boards in my opinion. prone to flexing

Well, out of those 2 choices I would go with the AMD 8320. Both of these CPUs are similar in performance, with the i5 only being slightly better than the AMD in single core performance. But you can overclock the AMD, where you cant overclock the i5. So it seems that for gaming as well as work purposes, the AMD build will be better suited for your needs.
