HDD: WD10EZEX 1TB

2.GPU: Zotac RTX 2060
CPU:R5 2600
Case: Dark Spartan RGB
PSU: Sharkoon WPC 750W +80
Motherboard: MSI B450M Gaming Plus
RAM: XPG Gammix D10 2x8 3000MHz
HDD:Seagate Barracuda 1TB
SSD: XPG SX6000 Pro 256GB

I'd go with number one mainly just because the power supply is of much higher quality. It also has faster RAM at least in terms of frequency. They are very similar systems regardless and should perform near identically in games.

No problem

#1 by far.

System 2 has a bunch of low end junk parts. The PSU, RAM, and SSD are all cheap junk. And I don't love MSI motherboards, lots of quality issues in my experience.
